Salt Meats Cheese have not one but four (4) Cooking Class Events coming up in April:

- “The Ravishing Ravioli” – On Saturday 13th April, come and learn secrets to making, shaping and filling perfect ravioli in a 2-hour hands on session with the masters of classic Italian cuisine. Class concludes with a delicious ravioli meal cooked up and served back to the group family style, with incredible sauces, lashings of cheese plus a glass of wine to knock it all down.
- “The Pizza Project” – On Sunday 14th April, learn the secrets to curating authentic Italian pizza from scratch using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques. Sip on a glass of wine/beer and graze your way through some antipasto as you wait in anticipation of your creation.
- “The Pasta Masta ft Cannolis” – on Sunday 23rd April, come and master the art of pasta making and learn how to create our signature Fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from the Salt Meats Cheese experts. Plus, learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking.
- “Arancini and Aperol Affair” – On Sunday 30th April, get the ball rolling and learn how to create arancini from scratch (excuse the pun). From the shaping of rice to the stuffing and final frying, discover all the secrets to making two versions of this Sicilian specialty. In this class you will also learn how to create the perfect summer sipper! Curate, stir and shake the classic Aperol Spritz.

Over the month of April, join Miele on an exciting culinary journey exploring Thai flavours inspired by first-generation organic produce farmer and second-generation Thai restaurateur, Palisa Anderson.
Hosted at the Miele Experience Centre (Haven Newstead), you will enjoy pre-drinks, followed by a cooking demonstration and dining experience. You’ll get all the tools and guidance from our talented Miele Culinary Experts, to pair the best ingredients with the best appliances and create tantalising dishes, exploring an array of Thai flavours.
