Serving up French cuisine that is unapologetically bold, you can expect an audacious food and cocktail experience where classic dishes are treated to a modern and unexpected twist.
Restaurant owner Simon Lambert is one of the brains behind Bardon’s elevated restaurant La Belle Vie and he wants to change perceptions about French Cuisine.
“French cuisine is really in a box, in a lot of people’s minds. They think French food is like this or like that – it’s hard for them to see all the diversity that it can offer, but French cuisine can go from very casual to formal to extra-fine dining.” – Simon Lambert.
On the menu you will find the likes of buttery escargot, steak frites, foie gras and *gasp* French style pizzas! Served within an edgy modern-industrial space.
