SOUL MEETS CHEERS
AT SALT MEATS CHEESE
By popular demand, Salt Meats Cheese (Haven Newstead) are hosting another evening dedicated to delicious vegan food. Soul Meets Cheers will kick off with a dish of sweet potato crisps served with beetroot hummus, followed by wild rice and brussel sprouts mixed with mustard dressing. For the main affair, a pesto pizza topped with vegan cheese and a rigatoni puttanesca pasta. Finally, the sweet stuff, apple crumble, served with poached pear and vanilla sorbet!
