Salt Meats Cheese’ Porchetta Romana
Ingredients:
1 Portion Polenta
1 Slice Porchetta
Green Sauce
Shaved Parmesan
Toasted Seasoned Bread Crumb
2 Tablespoons Salt
Method:
- Pour 2 cups of the polenta into a pot
- Add 3 and a half cups of water or vegetable stock into the pot
- Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the pot
- Cook polenta for at least 20/30 minutes, when soft seasons with your choice of spices
- Cook the slice of porchetta at 220/230 degrees in oven, until crispy
- Plate polenta first and top with porchetta slice
- Finish with toasted bread crumb and a drizzle of green sauce, or pesto oil to finish
