Bring it back (sing it back). E’cco Bistro have brought back many of Philip Johnson’s classics to their A La Carte menu. For example, you will find some of their most favoured dishes from over the years, like their Mushrooms on Toast, Classic e’cco Gnocchi and more. What’s not to love?! Book here.
SALT MEATS CHEESE
Oh yes, Burrata Night is back! On Tuesday March 21st, Salt Meats Cheese will present a six-dish menu that showcases the exquisite creaminess and versatility of Burrata cheese. Come along for a tasting adventure: Pork and beef meatballs, creamy Mushroom Pappardelle and iconic Margherita Pizza, all topped wth the ooze of Burrata cheese. This is always a very popular event, so book now!
And on Tuesday 28th March, Vegans will love to learn that Salt Meats Cheese Haven Newstead will be hosting another Bottomless Vegan Pizza and Pasta night! MIELE EXPERIENCE CENTRE
Our friends at Miele run regular culinary Masterclasses, which are an excellent way to level up your culinary skills in the kitchen. On March 2, come and learn Sous Vide, a cooking technique that uses precise temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results. Once limited to only the professional Chefs, this can now be achieved in the Miele Steam Oven.
