On Valentine’s Day, Salt Meats Cheese will be offering a romantic 4-course shared set menu. Starting with a complimentary cocktail called ‘Drunk in Love’ which is a tantalising blend of Malfi Grapefruit Rosa Gin, Raspberry and Lemon, which serves as the perfect introduction for the flavours that follow.
Antipasto features a creamy burrata, drizzled with a flavourful basil oil paired with the woodfird focaccina; a traditional Italian flatbread. And for the main, guests can choose from a selection of Salt Meats Cheese signature dishes such as the crab tagliolini pasta. Or the heart flavours of the homemade lamb pappardelle.

Celebrate love and food this Valentine’s Day at e’cco bistro! Opening especially for the occasion, guests can savour a special four course set menu by Philip Johnson and Simon Palmer which includes:
