Thursday 8 August: Flaming Cheese Wheel Pasta
You’ve heard about their cheese wheel and Thursday is the day to try a cheesy spaghetti – flamed with a blow-torch in a giant 30kg Granda Padano cheese wheel, the spaghetti will be tossed in cheesy-goodness aka the wheel, right in front of your eyes for just $25. Add extras like pancetta, basil pesto, Gorgonzola, smoked Mozzarella or truffle for $5 each.
Saturday 10 August: Cheese & Wine Feast
Say cheese! Get set to indulge in a cheese inspired feast from $39 per person and for an additional $29 you can sip away the afternoon with free-flowing wine for 2-hours. Enjoy!
Tuesday 13 August: 1kg Gnocchi Madness
1kg of delicious, pillow-soft gnocchi, served in the pan at your table from $35 per person (plus drink purchase per person). GF available for $5 extra.

Join Salt Meats Cheese for spaghetti al cartoccio – an Italain dish served in parchment paper. Flavours commonly include locally grown vegetables or event seafood and guests are presented with individual servings of the tasty dish. Enjoy from $20 per per person (plus drink purchase per person).
