For their first New Year’s Eve event at HAVEN, e’cco bistro have curated a lavish evening for those looking to enjoy a night of elegant wining and dining. The perfect experience for two or more, Philip Johnson and Chef Gert Pretorius have created a medley of flavoursome off menu dishes that will ensure a memorable and truly delicious evening. Guests can opt between two sitting times, the first at 5:45PM to 7:45PM featuring a four course menu, and the second at 8:30PM until late featuring a six course menu – optional wine pairings options for both.
Indulge on dishes such as woodfire octopus with peperonata and taro crisps and pork fillet with grilled peach, mustard kale and smoked leek. The later seating includes mouth watering pastrami brisket with radicchio choucroute, sweet plum jus and bone marrow tuile with both menus finishing off with a cherry jubilee – a classic New Year’s Eve dessert!
